Khmer Krom monks, youth and activists marched on Tuesday to present a petition to the National Assembly President Heng Samrin as their protest against Vietnam entered the fourth day.

The protesters will also submit a petition to the UN Office of High Commissioner for Human Rights before planning to rally outside the Vietnamese Embassy as scheduled. …
